Firsts steps in the jungle
1-hour guided jungle excursion: observation of the trees and birds emblematic of the Yungas, easy level, 4 km

DAY 2
- continental breakfast at the lodge
Rio Colorado
The riders set off with the gauchos to the finca where their cows roam, through the jungle and on to a large plain where they can gallop. Picnic at a mirador with rio view. The horseback ride lasts 4 hours, easy, flat terrain, 15 km.

DAY 3

Depart on a 6-hour horseback ride through the jungle with the gauchos, on steep mountain paths through dense vegetation. The gauchos cut the trail with machetes as they go. Difference in altitude 700 metres, 18 km, high level

During the rainy season (November 15 to March 30) or in case of particularly bad weather, the activities on days 3 and 4 can be replaced by ones of the following : Cattle activity with gaucho : 5 to 6 hours of horseback riding on the finca with the gauchos: looking for the tracks of a cow, lassoing it and bringing it back to the finca. There are no set routes, just adventure with the gauchos - Lasso initiation with the gauchos (2 to 3 hours) - Leatherwork with the gauchos: make a souvenir with handmade leather (2 to 3 hours)
