Horseback Riding

Our gauchos will guide you along hidden trails through the immensity of the Yungas jungle. Look up and you might spot a toucan or a capuchin monkey hidden high in the trees.

1-Hour Ride

Up to 6 • easy • 1h

This ride takes you through the trees of the piedmont forest. Suitable for beginners and children from 7 years old.

Río Colorado Ride

Up to 6 • easy • 3h30

On horseback, you'll ride through the diverse landscapes of the finca: citrus groves, free-range cattle, piedmont jungle, all the way to a prehistoric site left by Argentina's first inhabitants. You'll stop for a picnic in the jungle. If the weather allows, you can swim in the river. Suitable for beginners and children from 10 years old.

Camino Viejo Ride

Up to 4 • moderate • 4h30

You'll venture into the jungle trails, winding through lianas and the immense trees of the Yungas. For over 4 hours, you'll follow an ancestral gaucho path called the Camino Viejo. You'll reach a viewpoint where you can enjoy your picnic with a panoramic view of the mountains. Due to the elevation change and density of vegetation, this more adventurous route is suited to experienced riders.

Do I need riding experience?

The Río Colorado ride requires no prior experience and is accessible to beginners from 10 years old and up to 85 kg. The terrain is flat and the guide adapts to the pace of the group.

How do you care for the horses?

The welfare of our horses is our team's top priority. Each horse goes out only once a day, in small groups, and is returned to pasture immediately after the ride.

What if it rains?

During the rainy season (November to March), rain typically falls in the late afternoon. Departures are moved earlier to return before the rain. On particularly rainy days, schedules and routes are adjusted to make the most of any dry spells.

What should I wear?

Loose trousers, long sleeves, a hat or cap (very important due to the strong sun), closed shoes, a rain jacket if needed, and insect repellent.

What are the ride times?

The 1-hour ride runs from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Rides of 3 hours or more start from 10:00 AM. Departure time to be arranged upon arrival.
