Ride like a gaucho
Discover this unique experience offered by Finca La Fé: horse back riding in the Yungas jungle, one of the last primary forests in Argentina.
The excursions are suitable for all levels of riders. They take place in the different landscapes of the finca. The riders will follow trails through the dense jungle vegetation, climb to the panoramic peaks on their Criollo horses or ride down the steep banks of the river.

This ride is suitable for beginners. Before leaving, the gaucho from the finca who accompanies you teaches you the basics of handling a criollo horse, as well as safety instructions for horseback riding.
For almost three hours, riders follow the finca's trails: through pedemontana vegetation, then across a large plain where the gauchos' cows roam, until they reach the prehistoric remains of the Pueblo San Francisco. A picnic break is planned on the heights of the rio.
This easy-to-access itinerary is suitable for riders with no previous experience, wishing to discover the gaucho environment.

More experienced riders will appreciate this tour, which takes you through the mountains of the Yungas.
You will follow trails through subtropical jungle before joining an old gaucho trail that leads to a mirador with spectacular views of the Yungas. Here you will enjoy a gourmet picnic prepared by our team.
The rugged terrain and steep gradients make this route a pleasant sporting challenge for experienced riders.

- The horses are saddled just before departure, and are released as soon as the ride is over.
