Continental Breakfast
Served each morning on your private terrace: coffee, tea, milk, fresh orange juice, homemade bread, crêpes, French toast, dulce de leche, honey, jams from the finca, butter, scrambled eggs, and criollo cheese.
Asado to Share for 2
A DIY Asado kit: 900g of veal from the property, accompanied by homemade sides: smoked potatoes, artisanal ketchup, salad, clay-oven baked bread, and Malbec wine. Parrilla (grill) and firewood provided.
Menu of the Day
A French-inspired stew cooked over a wood fire, served with a side dish, dessert, and homemade bread. Recipes change daily based on the inspiration of the Hostess.
Today's suggestion: Beef Corse (veal, white wine, tomatoes, olives) with accordion potatoes — rice pudding cooked over the embers.
Picada Criolla for 2
Cured ham, criollo cheese, deviled eggs, smoked potatoes, escabeche, seasonal recipe, olives, peanuts, and homemade bread.
Picnic
A sandwich with homemade bread, cured ham, egg, mustard, and a slice of homemade cake.

Which menus are suitable for celiac guests?
The Asado, Menu of the Day, and Breakfast (hot drink, orange juice, scrambled eggs, criollo cheese, butter, jams) are gluten-free friendly. To avoid cross-contamination, we do not offer homemade gluten-free bread.
What are the meal times?
- Breakfast: Served between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
- Lunch: Picnic to take away on excursions, or Picada served in your lodge between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM.
- Dinner: Served from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM on your terrace.
