A French-inspired stew cooked over a wood fire, served with a side dish, dessert, and homemade bread. Recipes change daily based on the inspiration of the Hostess.

Today's suggestion: Beef Corse (veal, white wine, tomatoes, olives) with accordion potatoes — rice pudding cooked over the embers.

What are the vegetarian options?

The Menu of the Day, Picada Criolla, Picnic, and Breakfast all have adapted options for vegetarians. Please let us know at the time of your booking.

Which menus are suitable for celiac guests?

The Asado, Menu of the Day, and Breakfast (hot drink, orange juice, scrambled eggs, criollo cheese, butter, jams) are gluten-free friendly. To avoid cross-contamination, we do not offer homemade gluten-free bread.

What are the meal times?

  • Breakfast: Served between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM.
  • Lunch: Picnic to take away on excursions, or Picada served in your lodge between 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM.
  • Dinner: Served from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM on your terrace.
