Every morning, a breakfast is delivered to the privative terrace. On the menu: hot drink, fresh orange juice, wood baked bread, cake or homemade pancakes, finca jams and products from the region: Yungas honey and criollo cheese.

Guests can enjoy a typical Argentine tradition: the picada.


A sharing platter featuring a selection of regional specialties: charqui (dried meat), cured meats, criollo cheese, and seasonal recipes cooked over a wood fire, like onion or cherry tomato confit, bell pepper chutney, or eggplant escabeche.

 

Before heading out on a longer excursion, our team can also prepare a picnic to enjoy by the riverside.

ASADO

Traditional Argentine Asado is to grill on brackets of whole beef pieces. Slow cooking of several hours ready for tenderness and smooth meat pieces. The weekly Asado is also a must-see appointment for all Argentines.

 

Guests have the opportunity to discover or rediscover at Finca La Fé this friendly moment around the asado, orchestrated by an authentic "Asador".
